are at a pre fixed rate, either hourly or at a
fixed bid based on estimated effort.
If required, during the the requirements elicitation
and analysis stage or implementation stage or
user training stage, wecan organize to send our
experts onsite. The travel, boarding and lodging
costs have to be borne by your company, apart
from the normal (offshore) hourly rates. This
can be explored on a need basis.

Time & Material (T & M) Model
T & M model means the customer pays for the
project in terms of resources used for the project
over a specied time period. Costs are based upon
the complexity and nature of work.

• Particularly useful for projects that
are quite complex and prone to specification
and design changes midstream.
Fixed Cost Model
Fixed cost and time projects are usually the fixed

project. The cost and time assigned remain fixed.

Fixed Rate Model
Fixed rate projects are usually the projects where
the client is not sure of the exact scope of work.
We agree upon fixed hourly rate and assign resources
to service the client. As the requirements come
we commit a time line for each of these individual
tasks. Once client is in agreement with the time
required we assign each task to our individuals.
The hourly rate remains fixed.
